MSI MPG Z590M GAMING EDGE WIFI not posting

Hey there,

I was wondering if i could get some advice/help with my motherboard.
Its a MSI MPG Z590M GAMING EDGE WIFI.
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W G3, 80 Plus Gold

As soon as I turn it on, nothing happens. only the psu fan is running. mobo does heat up slowly.
The light on the USB flash stick does not light up either. I tried flashing the bios without the CPU before resetting it.

Do i just have to try it with a CPU in it? I don't have one yet (socket LGA1200).
I also noticed that the socket pins are bent. In two places it is no longer completely even. It doesn't appear that any pins are missing.
Do you think repair is possible? What would it cost? I bought this motherboard second hand.

Always check the socket for Damage BEFORE you install your CPU.
Now you dont know if you did or the seller f´* you over.
Now get the smallest needle or anything very very tiny and slowly and gentle nudge the pins back in Position.

Hey by the way, ruff0r,

Do you see anything abnormal about the board? Apart from the pins?
Its supposed to be a board out of an MSI-prebuilt pc. They have removed the RBG-cover.
I guess because the board was installed in a closed, sober, case?
