Hi, I own a second hand MSI Radeon RX580 OC 8GB that was bricked due flashing a wrong minning bios by previous owner. I visually checked memmory chips are Micron 7XB77 D9VVR. I made the bypass bios chip trick to get it detected by windows and then flashed successfully what I think is the correct last msi stock verified bios TV341MH.653 from the database. Now card works with basic display Microsoft drivers. No artifacts, no glitches but no OpenCL, no Vulkan, GPU clock =0... Other vBios doesn't provide video signal or show glitches and odd lines. But once AMD driver is installed I get code 43. Basically I got the same issue of this member https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/rx580-error-43-extensive-troubleshooting.264780/ and I can't find a way to fix it.
This is my GPU-Z data:

What I observe is through "amdvbFLASH -i" is there is no bios P/N avaliable. Is this importantat at any way?
Code:
Asic Family : Polaris10
    Flash Type : W25X40 (512 KB)
    Product Name is : 113-MSITV341MH.653
    Bios Config File: 653.bin
    Bios P/N : P/N Not Available
    Bios Version : 015.050.002.001.000000
    Bios Date is : 11/13/17 21:41
I asked for stock vBios at msi support but they "can't/want" help me about vBios. I'm stuck. Should I keep testing non verified vbios for Device Id 1002 67DF and Subsystem Id 1462 3418 from database?

See this thread to learn how to restore the original BIOS. Make sure you check both official and unverified databases.

BIOS P/N can be ignored. Not a big deal.

Uninstall all display drivers and then perform a cleanup with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from safe mode.

Take the PC outside, open the case, and remove all the dust with air blower or hair dryer with a cold setting.

Remove the graphics card and blow some air in the x16 PCI express slot.

Carefully remove the heatsink from the graphics card and clean the fans with a toothbrush.

Clean the graphic cards with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs. Especially the GPU area and PCIe pins.

When you're done, reapply thermal paste on the GPU, remount the heatsink, plug it back in.

Download and install the latest drivers from AMD's website.

If the graphics card still doesn't work, check if it's still under warranty, and RMA if possible.

If it's out of warranty, consider sending it to graphics cards repair lab, if there isn't any in your area, you can try the oven trick as the last resort.

Looks like the correct BIOS. Your card is in a bad shape. Dust is embedded to the PCB. Text on the memory looks faded. Need to do some serious cleaning and possibly reflowing.

I don't think is a reflow issue. The card works stable with basic display Microsoft drivers. The PSU is a NOX NX650. I know is not the better PSU but it should work at least at idle state. The odd thing is the card is missing one component labeled Q1904. At msi forum they told me is a 60V 0.25A mosfet P/N 2N7002ET1G. I have no idea about what happened to be ripped off. I plan to get this component and weld it back.

That is my last chance

Basic display Microsoft driver uses minimal output functionality with CPU emulation. So no, the card doesn't work.

Lack of maintenance + embedded dust + excessive heat can make SMT components fall off.
