I am thinking of having a desktop built with the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 as the CPU and the MSI X570-A PRO as
the motherboard.

However I see that the BIOS on the motherboard is a BETA version of AMD AGESA ComboAm4PI 1.0.0.5,
so I am concerned about the stability of the system, especially as the operating system will be the stable
release of Debian 10.

Soooo.... use another machine to download the latest BIOS onto a flash drive, and update your new rig before installing the OS.....

And alot of boards nowadays allow you to do this even without a CPU installed :)

You don't need to use the latest beta, just use 1.0.0.4ab stable.
I would recommend a slightly better board IF you plan on upgrading a few years down the line to a used 4000 cpu with more cores, this might be the worst x570 vrm board.
