Specs:
Pentium 4 oc'd 3000 to 3200, radeon 9800 oc'd 10%,
MSI mobo, 2gig el cheapo PC3200, WD 150 gig raptor,
Windows XP pro, DVD drive, Creative SB X-fi sound,

Mods:
Made my own CPU duct out of a some kind of sensor tube thing from my brothers drag truck. cut a hole in the plexi and used really strong glue to attach it. Attached an old CPU cooler heatsink to the top of my VGA, helps the Memory about 5 degrees.
wrapped most the wires in black nylon. added a few fans( up to 11 total). In the process of hooking up some led's

Please consider adding some more blanking plates to the back end of the case. This will also assist in the overall cooling of the pc.

Plus a cover plate on the front of the case, where there is a space for another rom.

Also, (unless my eyes are deceiving me), add another screw to the rom, and the hd. After all you dont want your hardware, sliding around the case at will..

A good cable management would also help in increased airflow. With all the fans you have installed especially.

These tips, are only designed to assist you, please dont think im getting at your rig. Its good for a first attempt :)

At the moment, its a 5/10, with the tips ive mentioned, plus others, which im sure will be made at a later date, im confident it can go to a 6-7.
