my amd 7690m xt doesn't work good

i have hp laptop
model hp pavilion dv6-6c65sx
i7/8gb ram / 750 hdd
i have switchable graphics
(power saver : intel )
(high performance : amd radeon hd 7690m xt (2gb dedicated) )
i noticed that my amd card doesn't work well
so i downloaded tech power gpu-z
when i see details of my intel card it was normal as images below

i notice that that the gpu clock and defaault clock almost the same and the current reading always match with the gpu and default clock so i think the intel card working well

and i notice too that the programm didnot know the bios version
i noticed another thing
when i working on amd card and activate the aero the laptop stoppes alod and didnot work until i restart it
i really need solution to get the full hz of amd card cause i need it in my work
 
Did you try reinstalling the graphics drivers?
 
Have you tried running a 3D application yet? Also there should be something called POWERPLAY. Which allows you to switch between the dedicated and intel gfx. The clocks might be purposely lowered as the dedicated gpu is not being used to save power?

iam sure that iam working in highperformance mode ( amd card )
3d applications too slow
 
I had a similar problem with my older laptop, in which that AMD drivers didn't work and only the drivers provided by Acer worked. Possibly try the drivers provided by HP which can be found on their website.

iam already using driver from hp
i tried too the last driver from amd
nothing changed
 
clean your laptop of dust
