hi guys,it's me again for one more dillema,
In GPU-z it show me, my graphic card run only in pci express x8 1.1 at 2.5GT.it's not running in pci express 3.0 , 8GT and i don't know why.:(
I insert my R9 Fury X in 2nd slot of motherboard just because i don't have room space remain
CPU Cooler is ENORMOUS, is gigantic i never see in my entire life such a big enormous, and the video card also takes up enough space too...It's imperative to change actual cpu cooler with some tiny water solution. :(
In Bios i also activate pci express 3.0,but in windows it s running only in 2.5gt

I must insert gpu card in first slot of motherboard to work in pci 3.0 or it's not necessary? For the moment i can't insert in first slot because i don't have space in case...and is a kandalf VA9000BWS Full Tower....

Try loading the GPU, click that "?" icon for example.

yes use the widest top slot, (a few motherboards have a x1 slot as a top slot, but you would not be able fit the GPU in it.)

are you using the card in a slot that looks like a pcie x 16, but is actually a pcie x 1 slot.
there are motherboards where you think they have 4 pcie x 16 slots, (for example MSI PRO B550m-vc wifi proseries)
but only the top slot is x16.
otherwise the bios settings are messed up. (try “load recommended settings” in the bios, tends to be f5, or on the page where you save the bios settings…

Bottom slot that looks like x16 is usually only x8 or x4. Depends on motherboard chipset really, but I imagine that's the case here.

The 1.1 is just what happens when it's not under load, it's called Link State Power Management

This is from the Asus site for your MB in reference to PCIe lanes. So by default your MB runs that. You see even if you only populate the card in the 3rd slot the board will run anything in that slot at x1. even though the slot may be wired as x8 electrically. There is also the caveat that if you have a weaker CPU (44 vs 28 lanes) you may be gimped even more. Install it in either the first or 2nd PCIe slot and it should solve your problem.

3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16, x16/x8, x16/x8/x1)

Does the PCIe increase to 3.0 8x when you run GPU-Z Render Test under "?" icon as was suggested above? For the most speed you should put the video card into 1st PCIe x16 slot.

i start render test and is running at x8 pci 3.0.it s ok?

Perfectly fine. The slot it is in only has 8x lanes, and when loaded it runs at full speed.

Your GPU is not so powerful that it needs more than 8 lanes of PCIe 3.0, so there will be no measurable performance impact.

All of your motherboard pcie slots are gen 3.0 or 2.0 so in my opinion your graphics should run at x8 2.0 or 3.0
I think your graphics is the culprit here you can try cleaning your graphics card pcie lanes and then check if its working or not
I hope ur problem is solved
