Hi everyone, I wanted to ask you a question. When I'm playing on my PC, there are times when while I'm playing the image freezes and after about 5 or 10 seconds the image disappears from my screen and it doesn't give me video, so I have to to pay for the PC to give me an image again and I have realized that in device management this always happens to me the graphics are disabled and the strangest thing is that it only happens to me in one game since I have been playing others and not It has never happened to me, has anyone else had it happen or know how to solve it?

and I have realized that in device management this always happens to me the graphics are disabled

looks like you have malware that is disabling the GPU. Wipe the system.

OP says it only happens in one game. If it were some malware, then how could that happen?

maybe its pirated, but a firmware infection is not capable of making this differentiation, there is no need for tin hat sensationalism it makes threads like this worse, so its important to debunk it early.

what game is it?

Have you updated your video driver recently? If you have then that could be your problem. Even if you haven't, maybe doing a clean driver install should be your first quick and easy to do thing.

Clean driver install, or clean Windows reinstall.

OP: Has this started happening recently? Can you recall any change you made to your PC? Any hardware changes, any software installs/uninstalls?

but if the game I have is not pirated, I don't know why you draw that conclusion instead of giving advice.

Looks like you wildly misunderstood what I said to that other member.

Can you provide a screenshot of this "payment" that you need to make?

Help the members help you so they can give advice :)

Parece que entendiste muy mal lo que le dije a ese otro miembro.

¿Puede proporcionar una captura de pantalla de este "pago" que debe realizar?

Ayuda a los miembros a ayudarte para que puedan darte consejos.:)
I don't have any payment problem, what happens to me is that I'm playing and suddenly the screen gets stuck, the graphics are disabled and the screen goes black and I don't get a signal

I think he meant that he has to "pray" :)

ohhhhh "pray" I see. I mean yeah what everyone is saying still stands. We dont know anything about your system literally at all. Could be PSU, GPU failure, Driver issue; If you dont want everyone in the forum to guess for 6 pages you could provide any kind of information to help them.

I had this kind of problem after RAM OC or GPU OC so i would check those first , reset your bios to default settings and remove any OC you may have on the GPU and see if it fixes it.

@Solaris17 Looks like OP is translating to and from Spanish.

So thing is, if it crashes and graphics hardware is not showing, then that means the driver crashed.

@diego27621 Are you sure you have installed the correct driver for your graphics card, system AND that it's a game-ready (and not studio) driver?

The graphics is a 5700xt the power supply is 750w the drivers are updated to the latest version of the system I have a windows 10 if you want to know anything else you can ask

and how could I eliminate any oc that had the GPU

Yes I am sure I have installed the correct drivers

Is this your first card in this system? Sometimes people switch from Nvidia to AMD or vice versa without removing the old drivers properly first.

If it is, then you might want to see if it's overheating or something. IIRC Rainbow Six is a fairly CPU-light game. If your GPU is getting pushed to the max because you have VSync off or something then it might overheat and shut down.

My cousin has a 5700XT from XFX and unfortunately has heating problems with his card.

If you didnt do any you probably dont have any OC on the GPU, just double check the power cables are correctly inserted into the GPU.
Would be nice if you could show some pictures from GPU-Z so we can see more info about your GPU , make a picture under load from the main screen and the sensor screen.

under load
This if you want to isolate issues and questions just run OCCT and see what shakes out. Start with GPU only and then switch to system if everything is fine after like an hour.

The graphics is a 5700xt
Any "the graphics driver has reset" messages by any chance? Does it show up in the event viewer? I had lots of these back when I was running a 5700XT.

In which parts of the event viewer can I see it?
Post the pictures from GPU-Z (sensor screen too) when you playing a game or you have some LOAD on the GPU.

Also when you lose the signal try pressing CTRL + WINDOWS BUTTON + SHIFT + B (at the same time) and see if you get the image back.
