my keyboard writes numbers instead of letters

hello i have a fujitsu H730
recently i opened it for some cleaning and in order to open it i have to take the keyboard off it
when i did that then installed it again i faced a problem which is the letters U I O J K L etc. gives numbers instead of letters and the numpad doesn't work at all
when i turn off the numLock the problem is solved but the numpad still doesn't work at all i tried taking the keyboard of and install it again but the problem is still there
tried installing a new windows in another ssd but the problem is still there
i have no idea what i must do

I can't help much but note that some notebooks, those without a separate numpad, have an alternate numpad right where you described.
Does the numpad have its own connector to the motherboard? You may have reconnected it improperly.

sadly the whole keyboard only has one connector

So after checking the button on the num pad now input the wrong function like num 2 is F1 and num 5 is enter

the problem got fixed i just left the laptop turned off the whole night with the battery taken off and now it works normally

idk how it was fixed but happy that it was
