My RAID controller has corrupt firmware :(

Since this morning, my RAID controller has a corrupt firmware and tells me to update it. The problem with this is that i can't get passed the part where it tells me it has a corrupt firmware so i can't flash it.

My controller is Adaptec RAID 3405.

This is the first time something like this has happened to me: any ideas on how to proceed?
 
Dam you tried contacting them ?. Seeing Adaptec made me think of my old 2940U
 
If the firmware is just corrupt out of no where for no reason, it is likely more of an issue than just a simple firmware reflash.

I've got no idea of what just happened: i shut down the PC to re-install the adaptec card and take a snapshot of the error and, to my surprise, no firmware error ...
