naad help getting sys tool to increase CPU speed

when I use sys tool it does not show any increase in my CPU speed in system devices in windows.

Are you selecting the right PLL or chipset? Try using CPU-Z to find your processor and memory information, it's a lot better than using Windows built in methods.
