I've heard of a modification for Oblivion which you can enchant your own arrows... This would be useful to me, as I want to make an arrow capable of causing someone to run around and attack other people. Frezny I believe the spell is called. Any ideas on where to get this mod? I do have a fileplanet account, if that matters.
