Need help finding KCP Black 1.0.8

I have been trying to locate this codec pack since October last year, because I have version 1.0.7 but I would like the last version made for my software collection that I keep around.

I checked webarchive.org but it stops working on version 1.0.8: https://web.archive.org/web/20171021074337/http://haruhichan.com/projects/KCP/black/

The file and hashcheck is easy to find
KCP_Black-1.0.8_[DC4DF234].exe

I would be greatful if anyone can leave a link or another way for me to get it.

Nope it's not a codec I would touch with a 10 feet pole sorry to say it like that.
