i need help to build my new computer

i live in Bangladesh.
i am now into programming and consider using udk and unity in the future. SO now i need a better PC.
i not only want it for programming also for some gaming such as mass effect 3.
i have an uncle who is coming to Bangladesh from USA and i decided to ask him to bring him some hardware.
