It got overloaded. I connected 2 fans to each other and then connect them on the chip with one plug.nuvoton 3949s is possible but not 100%
It is an SMD for the fan control.
Look for the other fan connectors, there must be the same SMD nearby.
Did you shorted the fan connector? (or overloaded with to much fans, high current fan)
Yep. It's fan controller and it got overloaded by 2 fan with one connect.Check the marked in yellow IC's near the fan headers, all 3 should be the same.
