I have heard several times my card can be unlocked to use 16 pipelines by editing the bios or by getting a previously edited bios. Unfortunatly i can not find this bios anywhere. So if anyone could tell me how to edit my own (i.e. the program I need to open the bios and the command line to change) that would be awesome. It is a powercolor x800 gto card if that helps anyone at all. If anyone else wants to try to edit it for me, I sent the bios to w1zzard to be added to the listing on this site it should be up with in a couple days.

My card is a powercolor x800 gto vivo (pci -e) it was a very limited release card as they just released the powercolor x800 gto 16 with the only difference being that the gto 16 comes factory with all 16p. Both cards use the same hardware (r430 vivo) and as far as I can see from the specs on the cards the only difference is that they unlocked the 16 pipes for you. Plus when I bought it on newegg there where over 120 posts of people saying they had done it, unfortunatly now that they have the gto 16 they are no longer selling the regular powercolor x800 gto and I can't find those posts

okay just post your fuses data from ati tool here and i can tell u if its unlockable or not !

unfortunately u do not have the F in the right spots for this to unlock , check the image of fuses i am sticking below , the red 'F' is whats important ! you actually have 'E' where there should be 'F' so your card is hardlocked !
