Hey guys, so recently I dropped my galaxy note 3 in the toilet and its out of commision. My mom gave me her old s5 since she just got the s7.
The s5 is through sprint and its out of contract so she was able to get an unlock code for the phone and gave it to me.
Only problem is im not sure where to input it at.
Im trying to use my pre paid tmobile that i was using with my note 3.
I put in the tmoblie sim card but it doesnt prompt for the code and according to google it should and the sprint tech wasnt very helpful from what she told me.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
