Hi i build new pc week ago. I have problem in most tested game. Example: RDR2 ,Forza Horizon5 , Fallout4 ,Cyberpunk (but i think that can be engine specific... its not worst from my tests on previous configuration).
Problem is rendering textures and objects in games... they render close to me !I never cannot play like that but now its worst ever... Specially plants ,trees and shadows make this problem ,but also sometimes models of npc....
FPS is stabile and high all the time... in forza 144 most of the time. In RDR2 over 100 with dlss.. setails are mostly maxed but i tested offcourse lower details and diffirence is small or dont exist.
I tested drivers 560.70 & 560.81 same results. I was upgrade bios on mobo ,i change virtual memory (tested all options) ,games are on m2 disk. GPU is undervolted but i ofc tested that on vanilla config. i changed dlls file in rdr2 to few diffirent versions....
My specification:

b650 eagle gigabyte mobo.
4070ti super gigabyte windforce 3x 16gb
ryzen 5 7600
PSU 750w msi.
2x 16gb adata ram 6000 ddr5
m2disk 1tb (forgot name)
1tb hdd sata toshiba p300.

system: win10 2h22 19045.4651

i start for few moments games now and put here gpuz sensor display...

forgot. i use AGON WQHD 144hz.

only browser is open and basics....
in next hr i add screens and stats from games.

Turn your graphical settings up? Not exactly sure whats wrong in the photos unless your pointing out lack of foliage.

shadows showing up very close to me ,objects change quality very close to me....
i set up all i was think is important. max power ,etc....
foliage was from dlss i think.

To me it just looks like you need to raise lod settings.

Did you change monitor resolution recently or switch to a larger monitor?

Sometimes playing at a higher resolution or on a larger display makes this sort of thing more obvious.

when i ride fast in rdr2 or forza objects change or showing up few meters from me. its extremlly disaster !

i use same monitor from few years.... its not new. i use it before on 3060.... cable is dvi ,res is native and 144hz.
it hard show this on the screens but its bad ! bealive me. objects shoudnt show so close to me ! on that GPU ! even on 3060 was better but lowwer FPS.

I definitely get what you are saying your lod transitions are worse on your new setup.

Make sure all your settings are maxed out. R☆ games can be a pita with setting not sticking so you may need to restart the game a couple times.

Try using DDU and doing a clean driver install make sure you disable windows from updating the driver automatically. Best done in safe mode.

Issues like this are not normally a hardware issue but I'd make sure all previous driver installation are removed with ddu and then clean install the latest driver.

Cool, so that rules that out.

Yes the best thing to do is test with another know working gpu. If you can rma yours or get it replaced might be a good option as well.

Trying another SSD is also an option but that's pretty unlikely to be the cause.

I still think this is could be settings issue maybe they are not saving properly for whatever reason. Although that as well I find unlikely in multiple games.

thx. i have in home rtx 3060 also even also gigabyte. i test it. thx. And i try use older drivers not only two newest distribution. If that not help i change system and after that i give it back. to expensive build to get shit from distributor. thx.

Issue could be the game itself, try updating the game

I don't see any issues with any of these screenshots.

Yes, you can have pop in and yes a different set of (maxed) settings can indeed make it more visible. If previously the draw distance was lower overall or even the lod setting was different (not necessarily higher or lower) it can simply draw more attention that it didn't before. Higher texture detail also potentially adds more changes to assets when you close in on them.

I see pop-in in almost every game ever played, no matter how high settings are. If you start looking for it, you shall find it.

Hmmm. Meaby You right, but i think on old GPU 3060 distance generating shadows was in longer distance from me in game. a lot. I make tests today on old gpu in new platform. I was thinking about PSU powrer. 750W... but from my calculations 850W was not necessary. but look on 5 and 6 screen from my post higher. From fallout4, (third and fourth screen from fallout) look on shadows on the ground. They dont exist and closer show up in high resolution.

i forgot add. i tested also from yesterday on older drivers. 552.44. same results.

but look on 5 and 6 screen from my post
To me, it looks like the shadows are present in both pictures, but darker and more detailed at close range. Normal.
I don't think you have any problems with PSU, BIOS, monitor, memory, or anything else.
I never cannot play like that
Maybe you could take some video of the problems?
No, offense, but the fact you're considering things like your monitor cable or PSU makes me think you are confused, because I can't see any actual problem.
It sounds like you've started to notice the LOD transitions, and now you cant stop seeing them.
Maybe you're just paying more attention to everything because it's a new build, or other aspects have improved to the point that the LOD transitions are now the most noticeable issue.
As far as I can tell, your hardware appears to be working as intended.
If things have really changed, and you're game and driver settings are the same, then I don't think there is much you can do anyway.
Good luck!

On this screens You should see whats going on. (part of it)

sorry friend but You are wrong. Textures are lower quality in middle distance comparing with my old 3060.... looks on screens higher. Thats example of showing objects close to me.
somthing is wrong for sure. i start reinstall, Windows.
btw i was have few builds in my life... im not profesional hardware expert but i build many computers for me.... and not only for me.

my problem look same like in this videos. I found few simillar problems in last few years. I have same problem in all games i write higher...

I can say, this is bad visuals...
I just load the game and I cant see any pop ups on grass/vegetation and trees

Try to go though graphic settings and set them all to maximum
Tried it for 15-20min. The game loaded about 7-8GB on RAM and 10-11GB on VRAM.
So its not too demanding on memory.

Apologizing for quality... its phone photos

nothing helped..... I dont know what to do now..... i record tommorow video and try put here because guys upper think im not serious....
what can do this ? SSD ? GPU ? MOBO ? i found few simmilars topics in internet in last few years... any of them dont have fix result.... ale are not closed.....

Yes please record a video. Screenshots don't do it justice.

Also what are you comparing it to? Like what you think it should look like, console version or your old computer?

When you get around to making a video of the issue make sure it includes your settings menu so that those of us that have RDR2 can try to replicate your issues locally.
