It works well other than that. Takes 2 batteris. is big and confortable, good scroll wheel, good condition buttons, the only complain is that. I'm not talking about the normal disconnection that happens after let's say 30minutes where I have to click to reconnect, this one occurs faster just in 1 minute or so and it resumes working after the second pan across the pad or second intent. I'm sure is a thing with the driver config, can someone guide me? I didn't get any software and windows 10 installed it instantly during a game session of worms.

come on I still need help.

Im pretty sure you have tried this, but this works for me. Firstly change power settings like in my pic below. Specifically not allowing any form of sleep. Once done go to devices and printers, go to properties of receiver, and make sure that all devices on the list:
1. Allow device to wake computer.
2. The box allowing the pc to turn off the device is unticked.
3. You will also have to do this for the mouse and keyboard itself, not just the receiver.

I have wireless logitech mouse and keyboard which i use in my living room and the above works for me, the devices never turn off, of course remember it will affect battery life.

Loses, not looses

still same thing, loses connection. after 30 seconds.

Only thing I can think of is try a different PC to see if it still does it, if so maybe get another one?

Sounds like a faulty device to me.

Either buy another of the same or try a different one.

These cheap units aren't exactly known for quality.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason not to trust every sale item from Ebay.

It's a stupid chinese "no-name" mouse, what did you expect?
The only thing you could try is getting a USB extender cable (Male<=>Female Type-A), move your receiver further away from the chassis, so it's less prone to interference and in direct line of sight of your mouse, and hope for the best. Also, check if receiver is getting warm. If it does - it's a sure sign that it's gonna die soon.
If nothing helps - do RMA or get your money back.

I put a extension usb cable and move it 3 feets awey from the mouse but it does the same thing, but is not disconecting from the receiver I just notice, I can click and scroll but only the movement of the pointer timesout until I move the mouse, it doesn't start moving the pointer even if I click or scroll.

If there are drivers install them, otherwise check polling rate or get a better mouse.

And lose and loose are 2 separate words.

no drivers, there are no drivers for other models. zelotes website has them. I received tech support from their site but it wasn't too technical like nothing related to driver config. It was more like re-pair stuff and batteris instalation, restarting windows etc, and downloaded a utility for it that shows mouse movement statistics real time but almost no buttons or options, is almost like a mimic support.

Could be 2 things:
1) Those cheap mice use a combined IC (sensor and USB controller in one package). Those die very frequently
2) Even more common: faulty LED. Easy to fix, especially if you have 2 hands and a soldering iron nearby. If you have red backlight, it could be replaced with any other red LED regardless of the specific wavelength (those sensors are not picky and can work with anything from yellow to infrared).

EDIT: Almost forgot... if you want to check whether it's the LED at fault, just flip over the mouse when it's not responding. If LED is lit, then it's faulty sensor. If LED is off or barely lit (shimmering), then you need to replace it. It'll be harder if it uses infrared sensor, but still doable. Instead of looking at it directly, just use your phone's camera.

Not buying junk is a huge part of component reliability, OP
don't call my mouse junk, it's awesome, it's big, is confortable this is a minor issue, if it dies in a year yea junk kinda of but I bet it won't.
@silentbogo u want me to solder a new sensor? ufff sounds harder than modchip on ps1 soldering. so ur also saying there's not software solution other than put the sensor in a reprogramable or changing it by resoldering another one?

I'm just stating what the issue might be. Whether you wanna fix it is up to you.

Most of its budget went into chassis and bling. Internally it's total garbage, and I really mean it. You can't get both looks and quality for $10, especially if it's a "gaming" thing.
I'm sorry to break it to you, but you bought a generic office mouse with an awful battery life due to LEDs and old inefficient sensor.
Basically it works like this: you either spend $30-40 on semi-decent mouse and enjoy it for 4-5 years, or you buy a $10 mouse every year. You ain't saving anything.

@silentbogo , this is a cool mouse and I turn off the leds it has 3 states is great mouse, it wont' die in a year, my brother bought a 2$ mouse (cheaper than 14) and only problem is is small but is been more than a year and it doesn't disconect the panning after 30sec, that is not junk either just stupidly small, is cheaper cause the price is right not cause is yunk, expensive mouse means they want more profit, chinese not so much they're socialists, buy from zelotes.

Well, when you buy a product for bottom of the barrel prices, I would expect bottom of the barrel quality. It's a 10 dollar (very cheap,) mouse from a no-name company out of China.

It can work that way, but not with a budget that tight for a decent electronic device like a wireless mouse. There comes a point where quality is sacrificed to save on cost or to enhance profit. You can't keep making a product cheaper without sacrificing something and 10 dollars means they're not cutting their margins because it's already going to be tight to just break even.

He is arguing now, just abandon ship.

In the lower tier you get what you pay for...

In this case a junk mouse.

Yeah, buy Chinese buy a surprise, like some have said just send it back. At least it's not a mains item from China and finding out that they have switched the neutral and live wires which they commonly do. Which have been know to do it though just the cable or\and unit as well.

their wired mouse that looks exactly the same turns me on. its hot. no complains, I'll just get the replacement and if same I'll buy the following version from zelotes with expentancy. comunicación sin emocion. soda stereo.
