new xfx 8800 gts extream 640mb model any thing i need to know?

Cooling dd mc tdx block with 10000btu a/c rad with cold air piped from outside
Memory ocz low volt reapers 1600mh @ 1667mh 8.8.8.20 1.6v
Video Card(s) bfg gtx 280 1gig core has hit over 733mh
Storage 2 intel 40gb ssd.s in raid 0/ 1tb seagate 7200.12
Display(s) 2x 19inch non wide lcd.s
Case none sits on back plate from a case lol
Audio Device(s) sb xfi extream music [pci]
Power Supply #1corsair tx850 for mobo/vid #2 enermax true 460wat for hd.s/cd/fans
Software xp pro/7 64bit [biggest comp out of 3 i run]
Benchmark Scores the marks ar well ownage lol
i just ordered the card its in the mail cost $470 [ca]

im not worried about power draw or any thing

more worried about a nuther damn card that runs at 75c in games

and ar there any driver ishews or sumthin i may want to know about

cus my 7950 would run around 65-70c

ar theas cards that hot or did they do a good cooling job this time round

from what i read its faster then 2x 8600.s

cant wate to bench it

Well it shouldn't run quite as hot as the gtx or ultra but those cards commonly hit 80 & 90c under load so unfortunately you may still experience heat problems.

Can' say much else except I'm certain you'll love it.
 
Mine is voltmodded, scores over 12,300 in 3D Mark 2006 and idles at 45C and hits 67C max at full load and has never gone above that so you have nothing to worry about as long as you have decent airflow in your case (some of the heat escapes).

i dont evin run a case just open an ther allways a 120mm fan helping the video all the time

an my 7950 still hit 72c so in a case 90c wouldent suprise me
