Seems pretty nice. How much of an improvement would I see with it over my 8200 256MB in my second computer?

Just sent back an Asus card for RMA yesterday though, don't know if video cards are their strong suit.

I'd say quite a big one.
If the 40sp HD3450 was already a lot faster than the integrated Geforce 8200, the 80sp HD4350 should double that advantage, at least.

Not like you'll do a lot of gaming with either of those, anyway.
But the HD4350 should have a lot better video acceleration and it has that sweet integrated HDMI 7.1 LPCM Realtek codec.

I wish I had something like a Geforce 8200 or a HD3200 in my Netbook for some gaming on the move.

I'm using a GeForce 210 for my gaming (9800 for display-less folding) and it does pretty well in Team Fortress 2. 1440*900/All high/16xAF/0xAA at no less than 25FPS. Usually does 35-45.

Meh, its about $5 less than what it normally runs. I got that card about a month ago for $22 AR with free shipping. Its a nice card and runs cool in a case that literally has no airflow.
