No video signal no usb peripherals after messing with bios

Today I installed 2 new fans, everything worked perfectly normal until I restarted to go the uefi to set up the fan curve and adjust the cpu voltage (1.37 on a 3700x).
After I saved and restarted from the uefi the pc stopped giving me any signal. The fans spin at max rpm, the leds light up (apart from keyboard mouse and frontal USB leds).

Stuff I already tried:
Remove the cmos battery
Reseat the ram
Press the power button for 4s while unplugged

Any idea what it might be?
 
that might depend on the order in which you did those things.

hopefully you didnt remove and reinstall the cmos battery while it was still plugged in, or reseat the ram with the psu power switch on while plugged in too.

check the 24 pin connection?
 
Well it's definitely not the cmos, i just kept it out for 1 hour. Yes, everything was disconnected.
I also checked the front panel connections and the 24 pin, everything seems ok.
I'm starting to wonder if it might be the psu as it's by far the oldest component imported from my old pc.
Is there a way i can check without yanking one out of my brother's pc?

Easy if you have one of these cheap tools.

have you tried unplug the 24 pins power or try to turn on it without ram? removing your NVME too

anyway what fans, could be short circuit

Some boards require to remove the battery , short pins to clear cmos, then reinstall battery.
What board is this?
 
Have you moved the Ram to the correct slots?
 
Hey guys sry was sleeping. So, I went through the manual and the white led that turns on indicates cpu fail. I'm guessing it's due to me changing the voltage even though 1.37 is what I normally set in the desktop with no problems at all.
I'd like to try jumping the pins to clear the cmos before taking out the cpu but I don't have a jumper cap and i'm literally locked down in my house... Is there another way to do it without it?
I'd like to do it with a screwdriver but you might understand my concern

I'm also reading around I might also have to reflash the bios?​

If you have removed the cell battery for 30 seconds or more and discharged remaining power by holding in the power button, you do not need to short the CMOS pins.

between 2 the processor or the board
 
MSI B450 boards "totally anecdotal" before removing the battery always use a flat screwdriver and short the pins. I have found that that has reset the board 100% of the time I have had an issue.
 
Problem solved, i had to hard flash the bios through msi flashback plus
