NVFLASH commands problem RTX 3090

About a month ago, I successfully flashed the KFA2 3090 bios to my Zotac card, it has worked without issue, and I've had no reason to flash the bios since.

Today Zotac released the resizable bar bios update, so I wanted to flash back to OEM bios. I'm having an issue where I cant type in the tool, the commands list just refreshes. Ive never experienced this before.

Steps to reproduce:
Running elevated permission CMD
Directing to the root folder
Running nvflash exe
Commands list appears
Press any button, and the Commands list refreshes offset by the single character I typed.
Try pasting the command, the same problem.
I do this about 8 or so times and am forced out of nvflash.

Essentially I can not type any commands. See screenshots. 1st shows first commands list, 2nd shows what happens after I press n, 3rd I pressed h it does this until it closes itself.

Thanks for any help on this.

I have the same question, but @Calmmo did not answer that.. what are these rows and you can press "ENTER" indeed for like 10 times.. but what are these rows?

@b3wb you are starting nvflash.exe, don't do this. After directing to the root folder, use "nvflash -b backup.rom" first (to save your original bios) and after that use "nvflash -6 FIND_THE_CORRECT_FILENAME_FROM_THE_TXT.rom" to update your bios.
