Remove all graphic drivers from the system.

Perform a clean up with DDU from safe mode.

Update the motherboard's BIOS to the latest version.

Download and install drivers from Lenovo's website.

New Motherboard, or bought a second hand motherboard and swapped?

I bought a new motherboard.
I would suggest you perform a clean install of the operating system instead of reusing the old one, as the new motherboard might have different chipsets. I always re-install my OS after a motherboard change.

Uninstall both Nvidia and Intel drivers, use DDU from safe mode to clean it all up, and then install drivers from Lenovo website, start with Intel and then Nvidia.
