Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 TI OC 6GB GDDR; GPU-Z report "No OpenGL" (not ticked). Card-error..? Or can it be something else?
Is it possible to turn off OpenGL (by a mistake)..? Can't see anything about it in BIOS though...
No one of the 4 error-leds (on th eMB) stays lit when booting.

I miss OpenGL mostly for Photoshop, but I also suspect the card is causing various other problems, mostly "Access violation ... memory ... read/write".

Latest drivers, studio or gaming version. (Clean install).

I have tried for weeks to find a solution, with no luck. I'm quite sure I have tried absolutely every thing that Internet suggest.
Return to dealer (for checking) is approved, but before I ship it I need to buy a new card. (It is my work-PC). Any suggestions..?

ASUS ROG Strix X570F Gaming (no onboard GPU), AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, 64 GB RAM (4x16) Corsair vengeance, DDR4, 3200 MHz , Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 500 GB (M.2), Windows 10 64.
No overclocking, no gaming.

I'd start with reinstalling the driver first and maybe try doing the same with GPUz and install 2.31? Some time ago my colleague had that problem and he had to reinstall the system but lets hope it's not that.
Reinstall the driver properly using DDU and get differnt GPUz and see if that helps.

Before you reinstall anything, how about running some OpenGL API content and see if it works. Its not the first time GPU Z is missing something.

You can check the API in use with Rivatuner OSD / MSI Afterburner and monitoring. It'll show as 'OGL'

No Mans Sky, for example.

that's what I would recommend, but OP talks about Photoshop issues, so maybe that's the OpenGL test already

If you have a spare SSD/HDD, do a fresh Windows install there, to check if it happens on a new installation, too

I have the latest version of GPU-Z (2.32)
The weeks I have spent trying to find a solution, include dozens of reinstalling the driver, bot studio and gaming version. It also includes several clean install of Windows, PhotoShop +++

First run OS integrity check.

Run cmd.exe as administrator, and type:
Sfc /scannow
Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /restorehealth

Reboot, download and install latest DirectX runtime.

Uninstall all Nvidia drivers, perform a cleanup with DDU from safe mode:

And then install the latest standard (non-DCH) driver:

All that is tried, several times.

I hadn't tried all of your suggestions. I will look into it now.

I do not think that GPU-Z were made to detect operating system driver support, GPU-Z this takes information's directly from the card.
If something missing, then you may suspect BIOS corruption.
And VGA card RMA (return for inspection within warranty period ) this is the only way.

Update, so far:

Made another clean install of Windows 10/64, build 1909. Build 2004 will not install. (It "gives up" after the first boot. Tried many times the past few weeks.)

Most of the errors continue.
Still no OpenGL (for PhotoShop 2020.)
I borrowed a Radeon RX 560 and got OpenGL without no fuzz. It just was there.

Returned the Gforce GTX 1660 TI 6 GB GDDR6 for check (again). They (Komplett.no) have had it for 3 days now.

I also returned one of the RAM-pair. Motherboard "RAM error-led" stayed lit for one of the sticks. I tried one stick each time, in all 4 places.
Only one of them caused "RAM error-led", regardless of which slot I tried it in. (no boot)

I also tried:
DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Scanhealth
DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth
DISM.exe / online / cleanup-image / startcomponentcleanup
sfc / scannow

I have also installed Registry First Aid Platinum (v11.3). I'm not sure about the usefulness of reg-cleaners, but it was highly recommended by PC-World (#1).
It found (of course) 2000+ errors, but to no help for my errors. Fast startup though :)

I tested out Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 (and Linux Mint 19.3)).
They worked fine on my old Samsung Ultra 7 laptop, but Linux wouldn't continue after the first screen (5 choices) on my PC.

(Secure boot: Disabled
OS type: Other OS
Followed instructions to the point.)

Could this be another "evidence" for a faulty CPU?

I tried mounting the ISO file with both Etcher and Rufus.
Secure boot: Disabled
OS type: Other OS
Followed instructions to the point.

I also have a thread about this neverending nightmare on Tom's hardware (https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...-solution-to-my-neverending-problems.3618350/)

"COLgeek" says there: "I really think we are chasing a bad CPU at this point." I agree.

As soon as Komplett.no confirms/agrees that the GTX 1660 TI is really faulty, I will order an ASUS Radeon RX 5500 XT DUAL EVO 8GB and an AMD Ryzen 7 3700x CPU.
Another 2700X would do, but they don't sell it anymore. (As I've said before, I'm no gamer. I'm a photographer ("heavy" stacking / stitching projects, 200+ 50 MegaPixel) and architect (2D / 3D CAD).

Btw; Komplett.no has checked the CPU before, but since they didn't find any errors with neither RAM nor GPU, I don't trust their "test-department" very much anymore. Despite there size (largest In Norway) and they have been around for 20 years.

I will update about how this turns out, also for future reference and for others with similar problems.

Any third party software discovering 2000 errors at fresh installed windows, this is a poor toy.
Additionally I am now totally avoid any software which this will delete (clean) Windows logs.
One of those deleted required log that windows could not restore and the operating system become crippled.
Norton Ghost 15.0 saved my day.
