Freesync is the standard for VRR. Premium Pro is Freesync from 40 to 144 HZ (165 on some).

Gsync is an actual chip on the PCB of the monitor that is not cheap and therefore expensive. Having an Nvidia GPU is the only way to get Gsync to work fully but the question is do you want to spend for that feature?

I think to buy that screen https://www.gigabyte.com/il/Monitor/M27Q/sp#sp and he got freesync premium/pro i am no sure.
if I buy rtx3080 for example ill get all features of freesync on that screen? It work well? or I must buy G-sync screen?

and if i want buy screen that both work he should get Gsync+freesync?

It is a Freesync only monitor. As I said Freesync is basically an open source VRR so it will work with all GPUs. It is something that you enable in your monitor's settings. Gsync monitors have a chip that controls the way the monitor interacts with the GPU to basically allow the GPU to control the refresh rate. It is very similar to Freesync in every way. With the advent of HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 the refresh rate support for VRR has advanced to 4K 120Hz and 1440P 165Hz. With new 240Hz and even 360Hz monitors available it will be interesting to see where VRR goes. What your question raises though is that Freesync and Gsync can represent the way the 2 Companies are run. In fact because of that sentiment without Gsync "Compatible" Gsync would be like PhysX. If you want my opinion save your money buy the monitor and enjoy it. Gigabyte actually makes decent monitors and that is a feature rich IPS screen with KVM. I have a 32QC and totally enjoy it.
