So guys i've solved the problem by formatting the pc and installing windows 10 but running from a problem to another , after i've installed windows 10 i've noticed that my CPU cooler was screaming so i decided to check the temps and what i saw was horrible , the cpu fan was spinning at 3000RPM and the CPU temperature at idle is 55c !!!!!! i didn't face this problem with the windows 7 my cpu temp used to be 30-40c at idle 70c at full load , now its passing 90c at 100%.

Using a logged install will record any errors encountered by the installer so you'll be able to see where it hangs up.

Have you considered my suggestion on post #3 of this thread?
Yes i tried the DDU tool but it didn't work .

I think noob + language barrier
Don't call me noob + english is not my first language , it's arabic.

You may need a technology forum in your own native tongue...

Then why post in an English forum? 1% here probably speak arabic and there are arabic forums, it's not like your speaking a language with 10 other people..
Techpowerup staff can call you whatever they like. The solution is to change that god-awful processor.

Unfortunately no one gives a shit about tech in the Arabian worldwide.

But the CPU usage is less then 5% and i didn't face this issue with windows 7 it appeared after upgrading to windows 10 yesterday. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

Now that you have updated to 64bit Windows 10 you will need to go to your Motherboard Manufactures website and download the needed drivers for your motherboard GA-945GCM-S2C Start with the Chipset driver and reboot then do the rest of the drivers .

https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-945GCM-S2C-rev-10#support-dl-driver-chipset

you will probably need to use the Vista 64 bit drivers or windows 7 64......good luck!

Dude the windows 10 i upgraded to is 32bit and the drivers worked , about the CPU overheating , looks like i moved the cpu cooler while installing the 750 TI ,i've reinstalled it correctly and everything is back to normal.
It was a Coincidence (CPU cooler moved and then upgrade to WIN 10 immediately , so i blamed WIN 10).

Finally running COD MW2 and MW3 at ultra 100+FPS , COD BLACK OPS 1 at medium 60 FPS , GTA 4 60 Fps on low-medium , satisfied :love::love::love: .

W1zzard is the site owner and doesn’t try to insult anyone. His rule is not to insult. I feel he was just explained noob to people to go easier on you. As to language barrier, he correctly guessed on the language barrier, since as you said, Arabic is your first language. :) No harm intended!
