I am trying to install a gts 450 BIOS on my fake gtx 1050 ti but nvflash patched version does not do anything. I have no idea how to set up nvflash patched version either. I need a thorough tutorial on how to use and setup nvflash, nvflash64, and nvflash patched to bypass errors that won't let me update the BIOS. If I cannot update the BIOS of my fake card, I need the best nvidia graphics driver version that will let me play games without crashing after a few minutes. This is the only GPU I have, please help. I can send more info tomorrow [EDIT Pictures Below!] when I set my pc to take pictures of gpu-z and the card chips.
Using windows 10 64 bit
cpu is ryzen 5
8gb ram ddr4

If nvflash doesn't work, as it frequently doesn't because the scammers cut one of the leads to the BIOS chip, he'll need a chip programmer:

CH341A BIOS PROGRAMMER

Those things run around $10 on aliexpress.
If your card has fake memory, it will not run stable when it goes above actual limit.
As for driver, download latest for GTS 450/550.
Also, pull the cooling and check both VRAM and GPU markings (best way is to make pics), to get proper info on what you actually need.

Here is what GPU-Z says and the original BIOS from the gpu itself. I am in the process of getting pictures of the VRAM and GPU DIE now, thanks.

I will post this information from the memory reported from GPU-Z too. Physical pictures of the card will be added within an hour or two. Let me know if this is helpful in the meantime.

Here are all the pictures of the card. I am sorry if the quality is not that great, I don't have a high megapixel camera. I did my best to show everything of the card physically. Thanks. I am running NVIDIA driver version 385.69, win 64. It always crashes after a few minutes of genshin impact and fortnite.
As you can see, all the chips are Samsung and the gpu chip name seems to have been partially removed. I will need some help using the recommended CH341A preprogrammer tool and I would like to see if I can flash the card using nvflash, nvflash64, or nvflash patched version. I will need help on how to set this up. I don't see any clipped parts on the gpu where the bios chip was damaged, so nvflash would be a good try. Hard to read the SAMSUNG chips but one says samsung k4g10325fe-hc04.

I finished uploading the pictures. Thanks.

I just purchased the CH341 BIOS PROGRAMMER tool. Hopefully I can get this working by next week. Any tips on which BIOS to try? This fake gtx 1050 ti would crash anything past 0.8-0.9GB in a game like Genshin Impact. I would try a BIOS of a gts 450 512mb, 1gb, and 2gb. Does not matter if it shows up as fake after flashing.

Looks like they printed that 106-250 over whatever was originally there. One of the worst printing jobs I've seen on one of these. Odd.

That aside, you have a typical fake card there with 1GB of RAM (K4G10325FE) and likely a GTS 450. I wouldn't try any other BIOS, as those memory chips are usually binned low and underclocked for a reason.

Follow the guide here for modifying your existing BIOS to work.

Will try to update how this goes by next week. I hope the bios programmer tool works when it comes in by next week. I will be wary and careful of the bios for the mentioned reasons. Thanks. The odd way the letters were printed was also strange to me.
