Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework issie

After updating my graphics drivers, my Helios 300 with an RTX 3060 no longer has Dynamic Boost. It still shows the usual 105W max TDP, but no longer has DB 2.0. Reverting back to Stock drivers didn't fix it. Can anyone here help? It shows an error code 19 when i check Device Manager
