No. One adjustment starts at the output signal and the other happens in the monitor itself. Totally different ball game.

Its like comparing a TV's frame interpolation with monitor high refresh. Its just not the same thing.

yes but reshade and freestyle is mostly asthetic filters,not just saturation and sharpening.plus other tools like depth of field.you can change the looks of the game completely.
like I told you,do some research or ask around.

just a few random filters thrown together with little tweaking,but freestyle pretty much lets you reinvent the whole look of a game.added sharpness in the foreground,dof in the background,old film filter and oil painting filter (trees),in thew end changed the whole color tonation of the scene.and this is just two minutes worth of work.
