Hi, All I wanna to know is to Can I make my home router to facilitate multiple accesses for child with some restrictions and second access to all. Is it possible with one router, If so kindly share how to do it.

What's the brand/model of your router?
Most routers have "Parental Controls", which would do just that on per-client basis within the same network.
If your device does not have this feature, you may attempt to install a compatible DD-WRT firmware on it.

Your question is vague. What model router? Most come with MAC address restrictions, time of day/inclusion/exclusion of certain websites per MAC address, etc.

If your router does guest mode set that up with restrictions leaving you with 1 router and two passwords...

If your router does guest mode refer to the manufactures website for detailed instructions.. Which is usually fairly simple.
