openGl error on angrybirds 2

i've installed angrybirds 2 on my friends laptop, his laptop is acer 4732z

but the game wont start at all :banghead:

and say

so the question is the err from the game or from openGl :confused:

Sounds like his graphics card doesnt support opengl

could be, that laptop runs win7
but my friend said that his friends that own the same laptop that run win xp that game runs well
and one more after i tried uninstall it, the game refuses the uninstall process :banghead:

Also don't forget to install MVC++. AFAIK angry birds requires it
