Did some more tweaking today and got mine stable at 4.05 ghz 1800 FSB... 3DMark06 score went up to 18324...had to up the vcore to 1.42...temps stayed below 65c with prime95 running for 4 hours...think thats all i dare try with this CO chip.

for 24/7 some say yes. Depends really, can you afford a new CPU if it goes to pot?

I run my E7200 at 1.4V but some use a bit more and seem ok. the issue is really will the OC at that voltage be ok until you upgrade.
 
CPU dies eventually,but as long as its stable it wont be any problem,2 years life span I think..
