Overclocking with ddr2 667 ram

Hello, I'm likely to be upgrading to a new mobo with either a Intel q8200, Phenom II 925, or Athlon II X4 620 soon and I was wondering how much my 667mhz ddr2 ram was going to hamper my overclock. I have 2 1gb sticks of ocz gold 667 (4-4-4-12 cas) and 2 1gb sticks of Cruicial (can't remember cas). I plan on spending $80 or less on a mobo, I might buy a $30 cpu cooler, and i have a good 500w thermaltake tr2 psu. Thanks for you help!
