Hello everyone,
over the last couple of days, I did some research on Nvidia Inspector and learned about nvidia's card p-states. As I read in different articles there are cards that cycle down to a P12 state which they do when they are completely idle, needing less energy than in the P8.
When I work with Nvidia Inspector, the program reveals, the 660 Ti does not cycle further down - beyond the P8 state. The inspector overclocking window only provides performance level 0 [P8] to 3 [P0] via a drop down menu (attachment).
So my question to you people is: Does the Geforce 660 Ti only have a P8 state and the P12 is implemented in the above series of cards? Or in other words: Is there any option to get to the P12 state e. g. a tool or via BIOS tweaking?
