Hi, I did a google search of the problem I'm having and it took me to a link on these forums.

I couldn't actually find the answer, but the thread it took me to was 138 pages long lol. I'm just going to take a stab at this, and ask someone for help because some people seem pretty clue'd up.

I basically can't install Windows 7 64-bit OS onto my machine. I think its a motherboard/RAM issue with the new BIOS I installed.

I have 2x1Gb Corsair XMS3's on a P5Q3 Deluxe Asus Motherboard.
Gigabyte 9800GTX+ (but I don't think thats the problem).

I used to have Vista on it, with an older version of BIOS and it was working fine. But I upgraded the BIOS to the 2105 and have no OS on it atm. It installs upto a certain point then I get a black screen. Can anybody with a similar setup post their BIOS settings? I think my hardware is fine.

Sorry to be a bother, hope someone can help. This is my first built PC so I'm sortof new to this.

Thanks.

Burz1st,

Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 RC Support Forum located here http://tinyurl.com/9fhdl5 . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to check the threads available there for additional assistance and support.
