Page fault in nonpaged area error while trying to install Win 10

So I get this BSOD while I'm trying to install Windows 10 on an ECS barebone PC. Other specs are Ryzen 3 2200G, 8gb so dimm ram, M2 ssd. Anyone got an idea what could be wrong. I tried installing windows via an USB key and also tried with a genuine Windows 10 DVD.

It could be RAM or storage. I'd first try with a different stick of RAM.

I don't have any other sticks of ram. Should I try memtest86+?

RAM ... reset to optimzed defaults when installing os u might try swapping ur sticks out and reseat

Yes. Unfortunately it's not 100% accurate in detecting errors. I had a similar experience with BSOD on Win install, memtest passed but replacing the RAM sticks solved the error.

Are there BIOS updates available for the mainboard? Apply those first. As everyone else has already said, it is probably the RAM, so another stick to swap out would help, preferably a different brand or speed. Sometimes the mainboard and the RAM/JEDEC RAM specs don't sit happily together if they are designed for different speeds, and a firmware update might help the board manage the RAM better. Good luck. Really frustrating to get stuck at the first hurdle.

I tested it with memtest86+ and it was full of errors. Thanks a lot guy. I ordered a new ram stick.

While you wait for the new RAM to arrive, go to BIOS and set the RAM to slowest settings. It might work. At least you can get your PC set up ready for the new RAM!

It was the ram. Put a new stick in and ran memtest86 + and there were no errors.

Got a new error now. It gets stuck endlessly on getting devices ready. After a forced restart I get this error
