Due to the lack of any 2nd hand non-reference 1080Ti's on the 2nd hand market in my country I started thinking about a FE one. The go on sale sometimes, and the prices are pretty decent since used FE's usually sell cheaper than non-reference cards.
I've got a GTX 1080 SuperJetstream, I run +2100MHz/10900MHz daily with no problem on a 1440p 165 display. I realize it'd be impossible for a reference 1080Ti to reach those clocks, s I'd have to settle for around 2GHz on the core. Would that make a decent performance improvement nonetheless ?
