PBO causes WHEA errors on Ryzen 5 5600

Thanks for posting the solution. It sucks when we don't get closure, leaving searchers with no definitive answer. :toast:

I still recommend ECO mode for the CPU. I ran the 5600s and 5600Xs I've had with ECO and the +200MHz PBO, and all were rock solid.
