I have just finished building my pc and the case fans have the lights but are not spinning. do you think its because they arent connected to the psu? The cables from the fans are male and female whcih chain together, not like normal ones, or the ones that are on my psu. the case is linked here so if you could please have a look and help. many thanks!!

Hi, I'm not a specialist but I can advice a couple of things as my case is similar to yours.
1/ are your rgb fans connected to a small "rgb motherboard" and how you connected this one to your psu, take a special care on the voltage. if you don't use the good one you can burn it ( 5V or 12V).
2/ are yours fans equiped with a molex? then you can connect them to your psu directly with molex.
3/ In my case one of the front fan stops to spin even having its rgb effect. No problem to have a new one in service.
I hope it helped you a bit.
Regards

The fans should have two cables, one for the aRGB and the other for power, sounds like you only plugged in the lights.
