PC Fails to Boot after GPU BIOS Flash

I don't know what I did wrong, I get a sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse ITX 4GB GDDR5 Graphics Card that was used for mining. I flashed it with amdvbflashwin. Then restart my PC but it won't boot. If I unplug the GPU, the PC booted and I don't konw what the problem is. Please help.

post GPU-Z screen shot and white stickers on the back of the card
 
link the bios you flashed too, did you try rebooting it again after you flashed and it didnt turn on?
