Hi! Can you tell me is this PC enough for playing 4K H265 movies on 4K TV without droping frames or any other video and audio issues

GeForce GT 1030 2GB
Intel Core i3-8300
2x4GB DDR4 2133
(2TB SATA3)

Your GT 1030 should be able to do 8k 10bit HEVC and 12bit vp9 so if u get the right content and uses the right player nothing should in theory stop you other then HDMI technology

Have you bought the PC or are you looking for advice in buying the aforementioned parts?

Core i3-8300 + Windows 10 built-in media player or Kodi can do 4k H265 no problem, thanks to fantastic hardware acceleration. No need for discrete GPU. Heck, on Windows 10 even my old dual core Celeron N2820 can play 4K videos really smooth.

I don't know about that, my N2930 struggles to smoothly play 1080p HEVC videos.

But my Pentium G4600 plays 4k HEVC just fine, so I'm sure the i3-8100 will easily.

I think the ryzen 2200 is a better choice. It'll do just fine. If you're gonna game get the 2400.

I have not bought these parts yet. However, let me say that I am an Intel fan.
I'm looking for advice if this is the optimal configuration - for example, if this CPU is the right choice and not just it.
Here, where I am, for a video card (1030 in particular) I will have to choose between this one
PALIT GeForce GT 1030
and this one
Gainward GeForce GT 1030 SilentFX
Both are with HDMI 2.0
About RAM - the next choice is 2 x 8 GB, which I think will be unnecessary, right?
Besides movies, this computer will be used for office work, accounting, web design (not much and not often) and some small games, although there is another PC for work and games at home.
