Pc hardware issue

I've got a pc build with a bunch of old parts, I know every component works in other builds,

Motherboard turns itself on after 4seconds of psu power.

Completely unresponsive, absolutely nothing but the fans turning on.

Any tips? I have reseated everything and tried swapping parts I can, likely motherboard is my guess.

Full specs dude, not vague things like "i5"

Since you didnt specify much at all, i'll just ask if you updated the BIOS - the list of supported CPUs here shows updates are required for many of them

Soz, 1st gen, I didn't remember the exact one, can't even post or get to a bois

Nope, nothing lga 1156, the motherboard is the only untested (by me) part, I brought it second hand and was shown working.

what psu that you use? could be from psu or motherboard

The pin area is clean and one pin looks slightly different but it's hard to tell, psu is a 650w I use in my normal system

More details, I plugged in the power button and every 4 or so seconds in turns of its led for a fraction of a second, I can hold the button down to kill the pc

I saw that bit the first time, I meant all system specs, not vague things like a 650W PSU etc.
To help people help you we need specifics. Brands, model numbers etc.

I gave the specifics of everything I havent tried different products of so I have ruled them out as bad
Also I'm not at the pc Rn so its all memorif it's that important I get absolutely everything currently connected even If ik it works in a different system, tell me

Update, I came to the conclusion that an i5 670 needs a bios version 161, this board(Intel dp55wb) has a lower version. I will be travelling to a friend's house who has an older chip to try flash it with in the following weeks.
