pc-sdk-setup.exe - Application error keeps popping up randomly

As per title and photo above, I am getting this error out of nowhere and randomly when I'm using my PC. I've tried updating my AMD chipset driver, BIOS, Visual C++ Redistributables, .Net Framework, etc to no avail.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? My PC specs below:

AMD Ryzen 5 5600 processor with ID-Cooling SE-224-XT Black cooler
Adata XPG GAMMIX D10 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz RAM (8GBx2)
MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI (latest BIOS - all default settings)
Samsung 1TB PM981a SSD (main boot drive)
WD Blue 1TB HDD
PowerColor Hellhound RX 6600 XT 8GB
Super Flower Legion GX Pro 650W 80+ Gold PSU
