EDIT/Update:
The 240 GB SSD was dead and it messed up the OS install, fresh reinstall on the other working drive solved it and now its working.
Again thanks for the help!
I don't really post threads like this but I could use some help this time around since I'm running out of ideas. 'trying to help a friend'
A friend of mine has a from the look of it an older pre built budget PC which he wanted to use for some retro/casual gaming cause he did not game on a PC since 2017 or so.
Anyway he turned on the PC yesterday and it was working with no issues, I asked him what are the specs and whatnot so he sent me some pics then turned off the PC and went to sleep.
He wanted to turn it on today and ever since that it wont get past the initial Asus boot screen or straight goes to the Bios.
Hes not a tech savvy person so he won't tinker around on his own, doesn't even know how to actually.
Specs are from what I managed to gather:
Asus Prime A320M-K mobo
Ryzen 5 2600
1x 16 GB Patriot DDR 4 with XMP running at 3200 MHz
250 GB WD Blue 2.5' Sata SSD + some completely noname/no brand 240 GB sata SSD
Asus Directcu GTX 760
Thermaltake Smart PSU but I don't know the wattage since he sent me some pretty crappy pics, lol. 'tho for now this shouldn't be the issue I think in this specific case'
The only anomaly I've noticed on 2 different Bios pics is that on the first pic he had both SSD recognized but on the second pic only the 250 GB WD was shown which is supposedly his boot/OS drive.
I told him to unplug that weirdo noname SSD and try that way but nothing happened.
Tried to reset Bios to the default settings and also CMOS battery reset.
He unplugged all of his USB devices and tried to boot that way.
One time he did get to this screen but nothing happened and he could only enter the Bios again.

No he does not have 3 keyboards plugged in, don't know whats up with that.
Edit
Here is the first Bios pic:

That noname 240 GB SSD is not recognized anymore but even unplugging it doesn't do anything and supposedly its not the OS drive.
Could it be that the OS drive SSD kicked the bucket and its just recognized but its actually dead?
I don't really like to experiment with other ppl's PCs via online and he lives hours of traveling from my place so I can't simply visit him and do this in person.
Anyway ideas are welcome and thanks for your time!
