PC When to black Screen, "needed hard forced shut down" twice after pressing play on game launcher/walking away wth is going on

possibly , due to the latest installs, not sure if its apple programs, i used to reset an iphone i got, i mainly game on my pc, the link i am posting is the pC part picker of what i have exactly , for the most part though if u dont wanto look at link, Asus TUF socket Am4 MB, 16Gb of DDR4 3200 memory, Asus
OC edition Nvidia RTX 2060 6gb vram, a 400gb SSD for Main Drive Operating system, and a Secondary 2 TB HDD WD, with a 650 W. bronze rated corsair psu.

basically, i have had windows 10 on here, since i built it 2 years ago, no problems at all, what so ever, i keep my hardware properly cleaned, no replaces needed or any signs of psu ware of gpu ware, cpu is a 3200 AMD 3.5ghz 6core processor, i run pretty much any game, even RDR2, GTA5 on 60 fps,
i mainly play MMOs alot of the time, i also installed blue stacks to play certain mobile titles, like Marvel future revolution and Strike Force,

DCUO dc universe online is my goto mmo atm, this is where the wierd thing happened twice now, after i start the game, and walk out of my room funny as it is, i never see it happen, but yea twice it happened
never had any problems with DCUO dc universe online ever before on any of my pcs, i did recently install icloud, and factory restart a iphone, and i do have a Oculus headset plugged in Via Data Cord to use pc with headset always is plugged in as well. just trying to figure out and troubleshoot this.

Open your event viewer and look at crashes, if its a particular program contact them for help
 

If you are using a new GPU driver, try to uninstall the current GPU driver with DDU and install an older version.
If you are using an older GPU driver, try to uninstall the current GPU driver with DDU and install a new version.
Do not miss the guide there.

Oculus stuff, so disable Windows 10 Hibernate
