PC works fine, no video signal or power to keyboard and mouse?

Hi, my PC has not been operational for about 2 weeks, and I'm not getting video signal and there is no power to my keyboard and mouse.
What I have tried to solve the problem:
  • Connected PC speaker
  • Disconnected hard drive
Please note that all of my components are working I think that this is a software/BIOS problem?
Specs:
  • Intel Core i5 6600
  • Asus B150M-AD3
  • 8gb DDR3 1333(1x)
  • Gigabyte GTX 780Ti

EDIT: I have tried removing my CMOS battery, and the same thing happens. Was I meant to short the pins again? Did I do something wrong? Thanks
Edit 2: I removed the battery, discharged the capacitors and it STILL happens? Is my motherboard dead I really hope this isn't the case :(

what i would do if i were in your position is any of the following steps.... test the components 1 at a time, or....test the problem PC, by swapping in known working parts 1 at a time. Either way it will require a working PC to troubleshoot it, or a lucky guess. Another option would be to take the PC apart. Start like you were just building it today, mount the Motherboard, RAM then check to see that You can boot into Bios. Now add the CPU, again check to see if you can boot into bios , and carry on that way until the PC is either rebuilt, or You have run into the Problem component. Finally, Your Motherboard Should have a DrDebug built into it, pull out your manual, or go to the Asus website, and see what that reading means....it is there for the exact purpose of narrowing down issues like this.

Welcome to TPU. As mentioned above, look up the Qcodes and or check LED's on the Motherboard to check for faults.

There is no LEDs on my motherboard. and what is TPU? my pc is about a yr old.

There is no DrDebug on my motherboard. Only a PC speaker, which does not beep, so I think it is posting fine.

Speaker should beep once with a fully functioning PC on post.

Speaker does not beep once when successful POST. Only fans ramp up a bit.

Looking at the Motherboard on the Asus site, it doesn't have a built in speaker.
Have you tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery after unplugging the system?

I tried clearing CMOS by the jumper, maybe I should remove the battery?
