*Edit* Sorry for the incorrectly named Mobo for forum-title, corrected in the "What i'm running on" section below. *Edit*

Just to be clear from the start;

I'm currently running a Intel Core 2 Duo on a ASUSTeK 2A73H (1.01) Motherboard, with a nVidia 8800GS GPU, 3GB of RAM, a OEM 300w PSU, and Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit).

So i'm looking to upgrade my GPU to something with a little bit more power to it, mainly a nVidia 260GTX, but i've put a stupid amount of hours into research in Google to try find out if what i've got at the moment will support such an upgrade - mainly items like wether or not my PSU will power a new GPU, and wether my Mobo will support a PCI-e 2.0 Card..

So here's the problem i would like some answers to, if any are available;

Will my Mobo support a PCI-e 2.0 GPU? because according to GPU-Z, in the "Bus Interface" box it's telling me my 8800GS is running at PCI-e x16 v.1.1, but supports PCI-e x16 v.2.0 - What does that mean?
