Hi all!!
I am going to buy some new RAM, I am looking at this set
Lots of people are saying that you need to change the voltage to 2.1V in the BIOS, but I don't have that option (Or many options at all really. Apparently my mobo sucks for overclocking?!)
Anyway, I would like to update my BIOS so that I can change the voltage for the RAM and also overclock my processor.
I don't know what version I have of the BIOS, but I do know that it says Pheonix AwardBIOS at the top of the screen when in the BIOS.
How do I find out what version I have?
What is the best version to get and where do I get it from?
Sorry guys, I know hardly anything about BIOS's!!
Thanks all!!
