Yea my boy wants photo shop and I also. Hell price is high. He looked at GIMP and didnt like. He also look at a couple others and for some reason didnt care for them. I was looking on e-bay and looks like I might be able (if lucky to get it at 1/2 price or maybe better) hard saying. My question is if I would buy one can I install on two computers. Does any one know.

Thanks in advance.
:toast:

come on anyone

You can use photoshop in any system as long as you don't register it... so here's what you do... put photoshop on his, and put it as if not to ever register the product... then when you put it on your system, register it...
Then whenever you have updates on paletts or anything else, you can copy from yours and place it on his..

Thanks Storm now if I can find at a reasonable price. lol
E-bay looks like my best shot.

no problem. Just link it here and I'll see if its the real deal... Also if needing any help, I'm all ways around somewhere... Hope you fall in love with it as much as I did..

Looks legit, but why are you adverse to using the "method" that Cold Storm suggested?

Works for my wife and I...;)

all right, I say try for that.. he's probably going to be wanting something around 250 dollars...

I've never done it to where both are registered... I believe from games it would be the same for software... is that what you are referring to Dr?

yea I hoping I can get one for around 250.00 - 300.00
Don't want to go to deep into my new computer funds LOL

you dont have to register it to go updates...

oh, I all ways thought you had to register for photoshop to allow you to update...

nope, i have a "special" copy of CS3 Master Suite and it updates without being registered.

Yea I got for 265.00 pretty good price I think. Lost two other bids but glad I did. Lost first one at 315.00 Lost second at 305.00. But last one I got for 265.00 so I'm happy. You got to love e-bay. (I guess i'll love it when box is in my hands) lol

sweet man. glad to see that you got it at a good price! go E-Bay!

:) Yea got photoshop today and installed on mine and boys computer with no problems. Was getting worried, e-bay booted guy that I bought disk off and e-mailed me I could get out of it. Problem was I already paid guy. Funny thing thou I bought it from a guy in Florida but it came from China. Something fishy there.

can you take pictures of that?!?! I really want to see that! and sweetness man! I love that it worked for ya!

I'll send pic tomorrow of it. Had a long ride to NY today. I tired :)
Dam job bouncing from state to state. hell its only Feb. and already been to St Louis, Fort Wayne, NJ and now NY. NY traffic sucks I hate East Coast.

Sleep sleep

all right man! get some sleep for a well traveled man!

Doesn't the latest versions of Photoshop(CS, CS2, CS3) require activation? Mine did at least, and I could only activate it once on a single computer.

I installed on his computer first and then stopped at activation page. Then installed on my computer and then registered it. It did not ask me to activate. And no where can I find to activate on mine. So went back to his computer and activated on his. We both have it and using it. I don't know what I'm doing on it, one hell of a learning curve. But I know when I had trial version it kept popping up to activate. Not once has it asked me to activate on my computer.

I guess knock on wood uh lol

oh, Photoshop takes some time to getting use to.
Think of Photoshop as paint on crack. Thats all it is. I've used it through school and I love the thing. I even used the high end Painter, but this is just so much more...
Good luck and you'll have fun!

Here's pics of what I bought. My boys already making sigs and pics. :)
I'm still lost on it.
But learning.:banghead:
