PL2 and Power, always red on throttlestop

Hi guys.

No matter what I set on pl1 and pl2. Every benchmark/game i open, Pl2 is always blinking red, what this means and what should i do?

if i set pl1 and 2 over 130w thermal begins to blink red and temp will be over 100 degrees.

ThrottleStop is not Aspirin, so it doesn't lower CPU temperatures unless you decide to lower core multipliers or power limits.

Can you explain how to do so if possibile?

Thermal putty and paste arrive in 2 weeks so I need to lower cpu temp in the meantime..a cinebench run always thermalthrottle

In the TPL tab, lower the default power limits PL1 and PL2, and you can also lower the default multipliers in the FIVR tab for all power cores.
